Arco/Butte Business Incubation Center
The Arco/Butte Business Incubation Center (BIC) helps provide the environment, technology and networking opportunities necessary for start-up or expanding business ventures to prosper and stimulate employment opportunities.
The BIC offers a variety of services to its tenants: flexible and affordable office space and light industrial work areas, high traffic location, fax machine, copy machine, basic office furniture, an experienced building manager and city utilities.
Conference and meeting rooms are available for rent by the hour or day and can accommodate groups from 2 – 75 people.
The Business Incubation Center is also home to the only shared-use commercial kitchen in eastern Idaho. The commercial kitchen was created to offer business and educational assistance to aspiring food entrepreneurs and small-scale food processors. There are many obstacles to overcome when trying to bring a food product into the marketplace, one in particular is finding a licensed commercial kitchen or processing space to manufacture food products. The Business Incubation Center commercial kitchen offers an affordable shared-use kitchen.
The BIC kitchen is a complete industrial kitchen and as such contains some of the best equipment available. They include:
